Nordson Dage Launches Explorer One X-Ray

Explorer One compact x-ray inspection system shows features as small as 2µm.
Typical applications include BGA reflow inspection, PTH solder fill inspection, counterfeit component screening, cable quality inspection and QFN and QFP solder quality. Uses Gensys inspection software. Provides real-time feedback. Inspects 300 x 300mm boards from every side.
