VisiConsult’s XRHCount Now Integrated with Modi AdoDat 5000 Scanner
XRHCount is for automatic text recognition for databases and test counting of parts.
Is designed for 24/7 continuous operation. Is now integrated with Modi AdoDat 5000 receiving scanner; uses information from barcode/data matrix code labels on incoming goods, such as part rolls, dry packs, etc., to store information as a read, data and traceability interface. Labels are read with codes (with and without identifiers), arbitrarily composed string formats, as well as plain text information. Information is compared and stored with images and unique ID in traceability database. Uses deflecting mirror to concentrate camera resolution on label to be read. Label information is read out and adjusted within 1-2 sec.
