Are for handling wafers, disk media, flat panels, or any item that has a flat, hard surface. Handle up to 12" (300mm) wafers, 110-220 VAC. Feature detachable battery pack, safe vacuum level indicator, and 5" round machined Al Teflon-coated push button control. Detachable battery pack contains rear exhaust filter for entire tool; can be recharged while attached to tool or when separated from tool. Operation indicator turns on only when proper vacuum has been established. A push button provides on/off control with a lock to on position.  Includes one 300mm wafer tip and internal replaceable air filter.
