iJet table dispenser models 250 and 350 are for SMT and PCB packaging, underfill, semiconductor packaging, LED packaging, electromechanical assembly, and flat panel assembly.
Max. speed of 600mm/sec. and 0.02mm precision and repeatability. Noncontact injection technology eliminates need to move z-axis up and down. Automatic temperature (viscosity) control to ensure consistent material flow. CCD vision correction for fluid dispensing precision. Selection of dispensing valves to suit various fluid dispensing applications.
