Need Gerber and centroid CAD data; doesn't require DFM software. Combines technology that captures height and XY data and images while simultaneously scanning multiple fields of view. Selects from over 300,000 components from Golden Library. Can be programmed automatically, using a defined set of standards and criteria, such as naming, orientation, and parameters. One program can be used for SPI, pre-reflow, and post-reflow. Inspection program can be generated without first preparing a golden PCB. Offline debug function allows fine-tuning remotely without stopping production line.
