G-Titan screen printer features auto-paste dispenser, paste rolling diameter monitor, and OPC squeegee with retainers at both sides adjustable to the exact length of the PCB.
Stencil aperture inspection system uses panel light installed at top and CCD camera below to inspect stencil apertures. Automatically detects clogging. Auto glue dispenser. Handles boards up to 510mm x 510mm. Core cycle time <8.5 sec. Machine alignment is 2 Cmk at +/-10 microns at 6 Sigma, and process alignment is 2 Cmk at +/-18 microns at 6 Sigma.
