MT9928 gravity handler now comes with dedicated set up to permit temperature sensors calibration. Is said to meets calibration equipment requirements with a temperature accuracy of ±1.0°C and a temperature stability of ±0.2°C. Continuously monitors temperature stability of the DUT environment during the test time. Consists of dedicated handler contact unit holder (CUH) and Multitest contactor. Comes on MT9928
and MT9928XM models.
