Servo-Flo 404-IDS a positive displacement servo-drive meter with a manifold or remote-mounted dispense valve. Is for robotic dispensing applications such as adhesive bonding, casting, filling, gasketing, molding and sealing. Servo drive, Yaskawa encoder and supply pump system controls are integrated in Motoman’s Integrated Dispense System with series MH or ES 6-axis robot for a smaller footprint, lower system cost and one-stop operator control of the entire robotic dispenser. Is said to provide precision dispensing of fluids with fast response time for start and stop of extruded beads. Dispenses adhesives and sealants such as one-part epoxies, mastics, silicones, urethanes and abrasive materials. Includes quickchange dispense valve.
