SPR-45VA automated stencil printer has an SMTrue Vision Assist alignment system, quick-change, double-sided nesting kit, and enhanced axial and theta alignment system. Is said to provide speed, ease-of-use and reproducibility for paste printing applications down to 0.0012" pitch components. Provides axial stencil to board registration with dual or single camera assist to permit accurate printing of 0201s, μBGAs, CSPs, and 0.0015 pitch QFPs with adjustment for board tolerance variation in X, Y and Θ. Pneumatic control of pressure, speed and angle-of-attack dual squeegee system reportedly delivers consistent results.
