MILPITAS -- Top tier electronics manufacturing services provider Solectron reported November quarter sales of $2.99 billion, up 22% from the same quarter 2005. In its 10Q form, Solectron said its gross profit was up 10% to $149.4 million, while income from continuing operations fell sharply to $6.6 million from $20.2 million a year ago.

For the three months ended Nov. 30, the company averaged 7.3 inventory turns , flat sequentially and down 0.7 turns from last year. Days sales outstanding were 44 days , up 1 day from August and down 1 day from a year ago. Cash-to-cash cycle was 41 days , up two days sequentially and four days year-over-year.

Capital expenditures were $33.4 million, down from $40.9 million in August and $58.9 million in November 2005.
