M.A.P. software version 2.16b is used with MEGAM.O.L.E. 20, SuperM.O.L.E. Gold, and V-M.O.L.E. Uses wizards to ease setup and target thermal profile verification. Target 10 helps define a specification and program it into the software. Engineer and verify modes permit user to turn off irrelevant aspects, while retaining full diagnostic capability. Engineer mode grants access to more than 180 customizable data extractions, customizable reports, and full profile data for detailed diagnostics.

Servo-Flo 608 meter system is designed to meter-mix and dispense two-component materials for high-speed dispensing. Has a positive rod displacement design. Can dispense large volumes of material without reloading. Also has dual servo drive motors useful for adjusting or using more than one material formulation. Operator-adjustable ratios and preset volumes. Changing metering tubes to change ratio is eliminated. Dispenses two-part urethanes, epoxies, silicones and acrylics in temperature-controlled robotic and manual applications. Is designed to dispense up to 200 g/sec. (at 1:1 ratio). Can vary target ratio by a factor up to 10 times and typically handles up to 1,000 parts per hr.
