The updated Cartridge Product Guide features dispense nozzles, pistons, end caps, tip caps and cartridge adaptors. Includes a complete cartridge component breakdown, including: Disposable, plastic cartridges provide an efficient method to meet all types of production requirements. Plungers with a front wiper edge clean each cartridge thoroughly. Tip caps and end caps are available, making the system reportedly ideal for pre-packaged materials such as pre-mixed and frozen. End caps are used to prevent dust contamination when the cartridge is not in use. Pistons are used to ensure even pressure distribution throughout the fluid while dispensing. Cartridges are used when a standard syringe capacity is not big enough, and tip caps are used to seal cartridges when not in use. Also included in the guide is the TS Series aluminum retainers, which twist-lock to their dispensing cap. Retainers are lightweight and permits up to 100 psi applied air pressure. Also includes TS retainer caps, G-Series retainers and G-Series retainer caps.

Entry-level dispensers include the TS250 digital dispenser, for general dispensing applications, and the TS255 digital dispenser, for precision dispensing of low-viscosity fluids. Also features advanced digital dispensers: the TS350 and TS355. The TS350 is capable of dispensing a range of fluid viscosities, while the TS355 specializes in precision dispensing of low-viscosity fluids.
Featured 700 Series consumables include the receiver head assembly, end caps, air powered pistons, syringes, syringe assembly kits, and tip caps double helix thread. Dispensing tip options include the TE Series Tips, TE Series Bent Tips, TT Tips, TS-P Plastic Tips, and Brush Tips.
The dispensing systems can be accessorized with a finger switch assembly, syringe holders, a vacuum pencil and control unit, a manual syringe gun, a dispensing tip kit, and a foot valve dispenser. This system validates barcode labels as they are dispensed. Each label’s barcode is scanned and recorded in a database. Is automatically advanced and peeled from its liner and ready to be applied. Applications include validation that each number on the roll of labels has been dispensed for ISO requirements and use for inventory management when the database is used in conjunction with ERP systems. Optional PC-based validation software available.
