CV-5000 Vision System is a (11x) high-speed 5 MP camera that transfers high-definition images (2432 x 2050 pixels) in 61.2 ms (16.3 times/sec.). Up to four 5-MP cameras are capable of transferring images simultaneously; can be used perform high-definition inspections of up to 20 million pixels. Permits simultaneous use of several other camera types. Has 14 different models and high-speed standard (640 x 480) and high-speed 2-MP (1600 x 1200), which can transfer images in 4.7 ms and 29.2 ms, respectively. Includes expandable controller architecture. Up to four lighting control units can be attached, each with two lighting terminals. Is a 3 + 1 parallel processing system. The fine color processing function processes full-color information to extract defects from backgrounds with pattern or illumination variations. Controllers come with a full range of built-in statistical functions that permit viewing results in real-time. On-board image archive can store up to 1024 past inspection images.
