R-500 WH white LPI solder mask is designed for LED lighting applications. Is formulated for color retention and high reflectance through multiple heat excursions, IR reflow cycles and UV exposures. Resists chipping and cracking on thin flexible substrates. Meets IPC SM-840C, RoHS, REACH, UL 94V-0 flammability rating and various environmental certifications. Can be applied by screen printing or spraying; has wide operating windows for processing. Withstands all current metal surface finishes, such as ENIG and immersion tin.

ESD Clip + GP is a grounding point added to the standard ESD Clip for wrist straps, as well as a snap for use as a cart ground or auxiliary ground cord. Can ground oneself to a cart and a cart to a common ground. Electrically connects a wire shelf to a shelf post to reduce ESD risks. Clips install without tools in about 5 sec. to assembled and loaded shelving; provide visual indication of grounding.

SC2001 silicone resin is a general potting and encapsulating compound; SC2001FD a fast cure compound, and SC2003 a thixotropic compound. Have high continuous operating temperatures. SC2001 is a two-part compound with temperature properties of up to 200˚C; has good flexibility and flame retardancy and is excellent for chemical and water resistance. SC2001FD also has a fast cure nature, particularly suited for use in automated mixing and dispensing equipment. Offers low shrinkage. SC2003 includes high thixotropy, suitable for use in applications where the operating temperature is up to 200˚C. Has a 1:1 ratio.
