X8068 universal x-ray inspection system has an extended inspection scope for larger electronics assemblies. Is flexible, and equipped for random sample analysis of nonstandard components or automated inspection of larger printed circuit board panels. Inspects boards up to 722mm. Has open x-ray tube. IPS monitor depicts the x-ray results independent of viewing angle. Detector swivel range is up to 60°. XMC software is available for specialized inspection or nonstandard components. CheckSum V12 Measurement Card controls and runs in-circuit and functional testing systems. Performs power-off ICTs using test voltages as low as 50mV.
