Models 34465A DMM (6½ digit) and 34470A DMM (7½ digit) are Truevolt series digital multimeters. Can visualize measurement data, get actionable information, and document results. Can provide trend and histogram charts. Offer three acquisition modes: continuous running for typical measurements, data logging for trend analysis, and digitizing for capturing transients. The 7-½ digit 34470A DMM reportedly provides greater resolution and accuracy. Both offer deeper memory for data storage than previous generation DMMs. Have the ability to measure low current, 1µA range with pA resolution, for measurements on very low power devices. Offer auto calibration. Have digital direct sampling techniques to make AC rms measurements.
