FX-942UV automated optical inspection (ACI) system inspects conformal coatings for quality, consistency and thickness under UV lighting with the use of proprietary inspection algorithms.
Aqua Rose aqueous batch cleaner/tester is designed to combine operation of precision cleaning of electronic modules and ionic cleanliness verification in one automatic step. Cleanliness measuring algorithm uses resistance of solvent extract test methodology laid out in IPC TM-650. Every batch cleaned can be programmed with an automatic Rose test of 1 to 10 min., following the final DI rinse and before the drying operation. Features include stainless cabinet and process chamber, viewing window and lighted process chamber, touch screen operation and programming, password protection, high energy cleaning and rinsing jets, rinse purity pass/fail and built-in process data logging to USB. Comes with newly designed dryer with three rotating drying manifolds. Is based on AquaTherm batch cleaner design.

StripFeeder Lightweight Rails reduce carrier tray weight by 40-50%. Are available in 0.25" (6mm), 0.50" (12mm), 0.75" (19mm), and 1.125" (28mm) pocket depths. Align with pin locaters and lock down with magnets. Feature mechanical lock-spring to hold tape in place by the sprocket hole for part registration and repeatable pick-and-place applications. Hold components securely in the machined tracks. Can remove rails to accommodate larger components up to 120mm tape width.
