EasyCoat 6 software is for the Select Coat SL-940 conformal coater. Manages up to three individually controlled applicators, including airless film coaters, tri-mode swirl, and droplet. Process parameters are recorded and traceable. Sets and monitors fluid and air pressure. Complete process history can be maintained in log files. Monitors process parameters for statistical process control, including optional fan width control, viscosity control system, barcode system, flow monitoring, and vision system.

CC7130-PR parylene coating reportedly has similar hydrophobic and moisture barrier performance as vacuum-coated parylene. Is non-silicone electrically insulating coating that can be brushed or sprayed onto metals and joints that may be corrosion-sensitive. Is stable to temperature of up to 130°C. Protects metals and joints against temperature of up to 85°C/85% humidity. Flexible to withstand low-temperature cracking. 10-20µm for conformal coating. Is clear to translucent.
