Each participating company is responsible for providing us with valid contact information for 10-15 customers they would like to survey (7 - 10 customers for EMS companies with revenues less than $20 million). We will collect this information after we receive your entry form.
Registration for the 2021 Service Excellence Awards opens on June 30, 2020.
The last day to register for the 2021 Service Excellence Awards is August 24, 2020.
The last day to provide contact information for the customers you'd like to survey is August 31, 2020.
The deadline for customers to complete the customer service survey is November 9, 2020.
Awards and reports will be presented at an annual SEA reception during IPC Apex Expo 2020 in San Diego. The ceremony will take place January 26, 2021, on the trade show floor in CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY's booth.
In addition to recognition on our website and in press releases, an announcement featuring the winners will be published in the March print edition of CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY.
