Rehm’s VisionXP+ Vac convection soldering system offers a flexible 2-in-1 solution for reflow soldering
Cohoes, NY— August 2019— PVA, a global expert in dispensing, coating and custom automation, today announced that it will be running live dispensing demos at the Dymax booth #2245 at The Battery Show, scheduled to take place Sept. 10-12, 2019 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI. Demos will encompass robotic application of a Dymax adhesive with a FC100-MC needle dispense valve followed by curing using a Dymax BlueWave® MX-150™ LED UV spot curing system, both integrated into a Delta 6 platform.
Tokyo, Japan - August 22, 2019 - Saki Corporation, an innovator in the field of automated optical and x-ray inspection and measurement equipment, will exhibit its 2Di-LU1 2D bottom-side automated optical inspection (AOI) system at NEPCON Asia along with its 3D AOI and solder paste inspection (SPI) systems and M2M capabilities for ensuring defect-free electronics for automotive and mobile applications. To demonstrate the speed and effectiveness of its 2D bottom-side AOI, Saki is collaborating with Ersa, Wertheim, Germany, to inspect the bottom-side of a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) after Ersa's SMARTFLOW 2020 selective soldering process.
