HELSINKI – Incap Corporation posted a dip in revenue and profits for the first half of the year, citing delayed customer projects and unfavorable currency exchange rates as key drivers.
SAN JOSE, CA – Flex reported first-quarter fiscal revenue of $6.6 billion, up 4.6% year over year from $6.31 billion, beating expectations by $290 million. For the second quarter, Flex forecasts revenue between $6.5 billion and $6.8 billion.
HUNGARY – Videoton Group has acquired a stake in Limtronik GmbH in Germany and Limtronik USA in Colorado, marking a step in its global expansion strategy. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
