BUHL, GERMANY -- Concentric AB has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of electronics design and manufacturer G.O. Engineering and its subsidiary ÖkoGW Verwaltungs in a deal valued at EUR 23.5 million.
HOVVAHGEN, SWEDEN -- Icape Group has signed a deal to acquire NTW, a Japanese distributor of PCBs in Asia. The deal is subject to customary suspensive conditions and is expected to take place on Sept. 19.
LUND, SWEDEN – Note will build a new factory here to meet a projected increase in demand in coming years.
