KEMPELE, FINLAND – Electronics contract manufacturer PKC Group Oyj has named Matti Hyytiäinen to succeed Harri Suutari as president and CEO.

Hyytiäinen will take the reigns of the EMS company in early April. Suutari is expected to be nominated to the board of directors.

Hyytiäinen is currently president and CEO of Etteplan Oyj. He has been a member of PKC's board of directors since March 2010.
