SPOKANE, WA -- Key Tronic reported fiscal third-quarter profit of $1.9 million, up from $1.6 million a year ago.

The electronics manufacturing services company posted revenue of $112.9 million in the period. The firm has $77 million in sales last year, prior to its acquisition of Ayrshire.

The EMS company guided for June quarter revenue of $115 million to $125 million.
