ThermaWick THJP surface-mount thermal jumper chip transfers heat from electrically isolated components by providing a thermal conductive pathway to ground plane or common heatsink.

Features aluminum nitride substrate with 170 W/m°K thermal conductivity. Reportedly is capable of reducing temperature of connected components more than 25%. Can increase power handling capability of devices or extend useful life at existing operating conditions, while maintaining electrical isolation. Protects adjacent devices from thermal loads. Has capacitance down to 0.07pF; is suitable for high-frequency and thermal ladder applications. Thermal conductor used in power supplies and converters, RF amplifiers, synthesizers, pin and laser diodes and filters for AMS, industrial, and telecommunications applications. Comes in six case sizes from 0603 to 2512.
