EO-B-013 no-clean, alcohol-based fluxing agent has been developed for power electronics.

Main focus is on wave and selective soldering, based on alcohol with di-carboxylic acids and a synthetic resin complex. Can be used in dip soldering process, as well as for strand tinning in cable manufacture. Is applied with spray flux method.
