SC3001 silicone resin is a two-part encapsulation compound that is optically clear and flexible, for LED  products.Is said to have low viscosity and good electrical properties, resistance to water and a wide variety of chemicals. Is flame retardant, and remains flexible over a temperature range of -60° to +200°C. Is RoHS compliant.
