Inovar additions to the leadership team is part of the company’s growth strategy

Following the recent acquisition of Inovar Corporation, Spartronics has appointed Craig Rupp as Vice President & General Manager of Aerospace & Defense Markets and Greg Bradfield as Vice President of Operations.

“With the Inovar acquisition, this brings us a great deal of management capability, in addition to its strong manufacturing and engineering capabilities. This new talent gives our company even greater potential for growth and success among the leading Tier-3 companies in the EMS industry” said Paul Fraipont, President and CEO at Spartronics.

Fraipont added, “With the new organizational structure to carry us forward on our journey, Spartronics will operate under a new commercial structure to drive growth with our customers as well as efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing plants”.

Craig Rupp has been appointed as Vice President and General Manager, Aerospace & Defense Markets. Rupp joins us from Inovar, where he was the Chief Executive Officer. Rupp is a Mechanical Engineer and has been at Inovar for 13 years, starting as the Engineering leader and then as CEO. Rupp is now responsible for all Aerospace & Defense customer relationships and business at Spartronics globally, including the Program Management organizations and all A&D programs.

With over 25 years of engineering experience, Rupp has extensive experience in both product development and operations best practices. His experience also includes 13 years with Iomega Corporation as Director of New Product Development. Rupp holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University.

Gregory Bradfield joins Spartronics in a new position, Vice President of Operations. Greg served Inovar for two years as Chief Operating Officer.  His responsibilities will include overseeing all engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and facilities activities at all Spartronics U.S. locations.  Bradfield’s prior experience includes serving as Segment VP of Operations and Quality Assurance at L3 Harris Communication Systems and as Senior Director of Mission Assurance at the corporate offices of the Raytheon Company, prior to L3 Harris. 

Bradfield is a proven Operations executive with over 25 years' experience in operations, quality assurance, supply chain, and manufacturing disciplines in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Bradfield has worked with a broad variety of complex programs, engineering systems and hardware for space, air, sea, and land during his tenure at Boeing, Raytheon, and L3Harris.  Bradfield holds a Master of Business Administration from Norwich University.
