MENTOR, OH ― June 2020 ― Libra Industries, a privately-held systems integration and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Trever Winters to VP of Operations at its Dayton, OH facility.

He will report directly to Libra Industries President, Rod Howell.

Winters will be responsible for ensuring that operations at Libra Industries Dayton are conducted in a world-class manner and that responsiveness to client’s needs remains a top priority. This is accomplished by ensuring that the work force acts in a highly motivated manner within a well-structured set of business and operating policies. Additionally, he will continually refine the business processes in response to market conditions.

Winters brings a wealth of knowledge to Libra Industries from his roles as Job Shop and Assembly Master Scheduler, Material Capacity Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, and most recently Site Manager. In his most recent position as Site Manager, he mentored and coached supervisors for growth and development thru 1:1s, Gemba walks, and SILs. Additionally, he utilized LDMS principles to interact with the shop floor and understand the pulse of operations

Winters received his Bachelor of Business, Operations & Supply Chain Management from Cleveland State University and his Master of Business Administration from John Carroll University in Ohio. Additionally, he is APICS, CPIM Certified.
