CALCE is offering a four-day course on failure analysis of electronics at the University of Maryland, College Park campus. The event will be held from Tuesday, November 13 - Friday, November 16.

With a combination of classroom instruction, case studies, demonstrations, and hands-on laboratory training, this course covers topics ranging from failure mechanisms in electronics to specimen preparation, physics of failure, reliability, root cause analysis methodology, and materials analysis techniques.

This course will be led by Dr. Michael Azarian with assistance from Dr. Robert Utter and Dr. Michael Osterman.

This is your opportunity to learn all about the latest failure analysis techniques, root cause analysis methods, and unique failure mechanisms in electronics.
