AMSTERDAM – Ralph Tuttle of Cree will keynote SMTA Europe’s Electronics in Harsh Environments Conference here Apr. 25.
High Power LED Solder Joint Reliability will cover failure modes associated with LEDs operating under stressful conditions. The research into alloy modifications to package construction will be presented.
The conference is Apr. 24-26.
