OZARK, MO -- Concurrent Manufacturing, a contract assembler with three assembly sites in the US and Mexico, will auction its 50,000 sq. ft. plant here by month's end.

The backplane and assembly plant will be sold to the highest bidder on Sept. 30.

Concurrent was formed out of the bankruptcy of Simclar, and was acquired by Balmoral Funds in October 2012.

The company's plants in Mexico and Florida remain open.
