Zentech Completes $1.5M Expansion

BALTIMORE -- Zentech Manufacturing has completed a $1.5 million surface mount equipment expansion at its EMS facility here.
As part of the expansion, the contract electronics manufacturer installed Juki FX-3 and 2010 high-speed chipshooters and 2020 and 1080 high-speed flexible mounters, a Speedline Momentum stencil printer, and a Vitronics Soltec XPM3i 12-zone reflow oven.
The additions bring to three the number of SMT lines at Zentech's 42,000 sq. ft. PCB assembly site.
“We’re seeing expansion and recovery in our existing customer base and we are winning business that was previously performed overseas," said Matt Turpin Zentech president.
