OLATHE, KS -- Elecsys reported Electronic Design and Manufacturing Services segment sales rose 40% year-over-year to $3.64 million for the three-month period ended Jan. 31.

For the first three quarters of its fiscal year, EDMS sales were up 44% to $9.7 million.

EDMS sales are expected to grow slightly in the near term due to currently scheduled orders in backlog, the anticipated addition of several new customers, and the continued transition of several projects from the design phase to production.

Elecsys provides contract electronics assembly services and designs and builds a number of proprietary products.
