Zestron Introduces Hydron SE 230A Semiconductor Defluxing Agent

Hydron SE 230A aqueous-based, single-phase cleaning agent removes flux residues from semiconductor electronics while providing excellent material compatibility. Is designed to remove flux residues from a range of semiconductor electronics, such as leadframes, discrete devices, power modules, power LEDs, flip chips, and CMOS following the die attach process.
