XD7600NT Diamond FP high-resolution x-ray inspection system uses 3 MP CMOS flat panel detector. NT maintenance-free, sealed transmissive x-ray tube provides 0.1 µm feature recognition and up to 10W of power.
XD7600NT Ruby x-ray inspection system provides 0.5 µm feature recognition and up to 10 W of power. Has 2 MP XiDAT3 digital image intensifier. Is available with flat panel.
