DECATUR, IN – Aimtron Electronics Limited has acquired ICS Company, a US-based electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM) and original design manufacturing (ODM) provider, strengthening its presence in North America and expanding its capabilities in mission-critical electronics.

Based on calendar-year 2025 estimates, the acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $17 million in annual revenue, with consolidation planned from the fourth quarter of FY26. Aimtron expects the acquired operations to scale to roughly $25 million in revenue within three years.

Aimtron said the transaction is expected to be margin- and earnings-accretive from the first year and aligns with its return on equity and capital employed targets. The acquisition also supports efforts to increase utilization at Aimtron’s US facility from approximately 54% to nearly 90% over the next three years through operating leverage and targeted investments.

Founder Mukesh Jeram Vasani said the deal accelerates Aimtron’s move toward a full-stack global ESDM platform, while ICS founder Dennis Espinoza said the integration will allow the company to deliver broader end-to-end solutions to existing customers.

The acquisition follows Aimtron’s recent expansion activities in India and a ₹1 billion fundraising, supporting its longer-term global growth strategy.
