TAIPEI, TAIWAN & WASHINGTON, DC – Foxconn has announced a major collaboration with NVIDIA, Stellantis and Uber to jointly develop and deploy Level 4 autonomous vehicles for robotaxi services worldwide.

Foxconn will contribute its high-performance computing, sensor integration and electronic control system expertise. The partnership combines NVIDIA’s AI computing and DRIVE AGX Thor platform, Stellantis’ AV-ready vehicle architectures, and Uber’s global mobility network to create scalable, software-defined robotaxi fleets.

“Autonomous mobility is a strategic priority within Foxconn’s EV program,” said Foxconn chairman Young Liu, noting that collaboration with NVIDIA, Stellantis and Uber will accelerate the rollout of global robotaxi services. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang added that Level 4 autonomy represents “a leap in AI capability,” enabling vehicles that “see, perceive, plan and drive with superhuman precision.”

Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa emphasized the partnership’s role in providing more affordable and efficient transportation options, while Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said the alliance “brings the benefits of autonomous vehicles to millions of riders around the world.”

The partnership will leverage NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Hyperion 10 architecture, combining advanced AI, sensor fusion, and connectivity to support safe and scalable deployment of Level 4 robotaxi fleets. Foxconn and Stellantis will jointly handle hardware integration, with Uber operating the autonomous vehicles under its platform.
