SAN JOSE, CA – Flex reported first-quarter fiscal revenue of $6.6 billion, up 4.6% year over year from $6.31 billion, beating expectations by $290 million. For the second quarter, Flex forecasts revenue between $6.5 billion and $6.8 billion.

For the second quarter, Flex expects GAAP operating income between $322 million and $362 million, with adjusted operating income projected to range from $375 million to $415 million. The company also raised its full-year guidance. Flex now expects fiscal revenue between $25.9 billion and $27.1 billion. The update reflects continued operational strength and improved outlook across key segments.
