SELANGOR, MALAYSIA – Neways has opened a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Selangor, strengthening its presence across Asia.

The facility is positioned in one of Asia’s most prominent semiconductor hubs and will focus on high-level semiconductor assemblies, with ASML named as the launching customer. Other key customers present at the opening included ASMi, Besi, VDL, Frencken, KMWE, Thermo Fisher, VAT Group and Rimac Technologies.

The opening ceremony was officiated by YB Liew Chin Tong, deputy minister of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI), and Ms. Eva Oskam, Netherlands deputy ambassador to Malaysia.
