TAIPEI – Foxconn said recent Reuters reports on plans to reopen a plant in China were incorrect.

The company did not elaborate on the production status, according to reports.

Foxconn previously closed their mainland China plant because of the coronavirus outbreak.

Earlier this week, Reuters reported Foxconn would reopen two China plants. Reuters said Foxconn hopes to resume half of its production in China by the end of the month.
