Yamaha YRP10e entry-level screen printer has a three-stage conveyor for efficient loading and removal of boards from the print process.

Core cycle time is 6 sec. Chassis is designed to prevent vibrations or deflections due to movement of the printing mechanisms. Features stopperless board transport – eliminating settling time and positional errors that can occur with conventional mechanical stoppers – and position adjustment, for flexibility to accommodate complex PCB outlines and different sizes. Overprinting feature prepares stencil apertures properly by cleaning to enhance aperture filling in the next few print cycles. Optional universal stencil holder allows one-touch automated adjustment for any standard-sized stencil.
