K2000 XY is for singulating small V-scored PCBs. Support table provides steady platform to keep PCB panel aligned perpendicular to cutting blades.

Additional tooling can be added to speed depaneling process and make it less prone to handling damage. Double-position support table designed to ease singulation of two carrier strips from SIM card. Tooling for linear blade depanelizers is also available. PCB panels are singulated by passing scoreline between two circular blades. Front and back blade guards assure operator safety. Adjustable upper front blade guide assures only scoreline can be passed to cutting area. Operator places PCB onto guide rails of table and brings scoreline between top and bottom blade guards to pass it to cutting area. Motor-driven lower blade pulls PCB through to separate panels. Two cutting speeds are available. Singulates panels up to 12.5" long. Blades are made of tool steel and can be resharpened. Tooling plate for Simm cards allows exact placement of PCB matrix onto moveable base. Plate is positioned on right side for singulating carrier strip on left of panels and then moved to other side to singulate remaining carrier strip.
