iLNB line controller system enables an entire production line comprising different vendors’ equipment to be controlled by one PC simultaneously.

Centrally controls placement lines by combining mounting line control software and process know-how. Calculates production time for each process, taking into consideration operator work time and equipment operation loss time. All equipment set up in a production line can be connected directly and fully controlled. Remote control center displays collected information, such as machine production data or machine condition. Small errors like suction error (pickup error) can be seen on the remote PC screens and the machine in question can be re-started from that place. Permits automatic production changeover.
