All industry companies are welcome to cement their reputation for excellent customer service by entering the Service Excellence Awards. This is a self-nominated awards program. Suppliers are welcome to enter more than one category, although the fee applies for each.

CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY recognizes winners in the following categories:

Equipment Suppliers:
Automation and handling equipment
Cleaning processing or materials
Device programming equipment
Dispensing
Pick-and-place
Repair and rework
Screen printing
Test and inspection
Materials (solder, encapsulants and adhesives)
Soldering equipment

Software Providers:

Automation/manufacturing software (not ERP/MRP)
Supply-chain/ERP/MRP software

EMS Providers:
Under $20 million
$20 million to $100 million
$101 million to $500 million
Over $500 million

For EMS providers, CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY recognizes an overall winner in each size division, as well as those with the highest score in each of five individual service categories.

Participating companies do not need to be US-based. However, they must have 10-15 customers who speak fluent English to complete the survey (7 - 10 customers for EMS companies with revenues under $20 million). All EMS companies must have a minimum of three years in EMS work prior to entering the SEAs.
