All industry companies are welcome to cement their reputation for excellent customer service by entering the Service Excellence Awards. This is a self-nominated awards program. Suppliers are welcome to enter more than one category, although the fee applies for each.
CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY recognizes winners in the following categories: Equipment Suppliers: EMS Providers: Participating companies do not need to be US-based. However, they must have 10-15 customers who speak fluent English to complete the survey (7 - 10 customers for EMS companies with revenues under $20 million). All EMS companies must have a minimum of three years in EMS work prior to entering the SEAs.
