| Celestica Acquires Invec Solutions |

TORONTO – Celestica Inc. has acquired Invec Solutions, a UK-based repair depot, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will enhance Celestica’s after-market services offering through its proprietary reverse logistics software, the electronics manufacturing services said.
The purchase will expand Celestica’s after-market services network to include the Gourock, Scotland, repair depot and screening center.
Invec provides warranty management, repair, and parts management services.
