ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Verigy Ltd. has restructured its global manufacturing services deal with Jabil Circuit to include a three-year program under which Jabil will design, build and ship semiconductor test gear.
The terms are nonexclusive and good for three years, and automatically can be extended for up to five additional one-year terms. Jabil's facility in Penang, Malaysia, will be the principal site for final assembly and test of Verigy's products, the companies said. Jabil already supplies PCB assemblies to Verigy; the new deal extends the breadth of the supply agreement.
