| ITW's Q2 Operating Income Up 10% |

GLENVIEW, IL – Illinois Tool Works today reported operating revenues rose 10.1% for the three months ended Aug. 31, on the back of translation and acquisitions. For the quarter, the Power Systems and Electronics division was up 13.2% year-over-year. The division includes several electronics manufacturing OEMs, including Speedline Techologies and Vitronics-Soltec. Separately, ITW plans to divest its Decorative Surfaces and Click Commerce businesses. The units have approximately $1.3 billion in annual revenues.
