LAGUNA, PHILIPPINES – EMS Components Assembly Inc. (EMS-CAI), a Filipino contract manufacturer, last week inaugurated its third manufacturing plant in Laguna. The company, formed in 2004, has sales of $110 million and employs 1,400.
